After much thought and consideration, and with deep sadness, the Castle Hotel & Spa (the “Castle”) has decided to cancel all events and reservations scheduled for the remainder of 2020 and for events booked in 2021.
In light of the current unavoidable realities caused by the COVID-19 global pandemic, and the uncertainties it has caused to the hotel and travel industry, the Castle recognizes there are far too many health concerns with continuing operations at this time. The Castle’s primary focus continues to be the safety and wellbeing of its guests and staff.
The Castle and its ownership have undertaken a thorough review of its operations and the luxury hotel industry as a whole and have decided to close the hotel and spa.
In addition to offering refunds for cancelled events, the Castle is committed to issuing refunds to customers and guests who possess a valid gift card issued by the Castle (March 15, 2015 -present).
The Castle will use its best efforts to contact the holders of the gift cards to assist them in redeeming their valid gifts cards by email and the Castle’s website. The Castle reserves the right to request information from the customer or guest to verify the gift card is valid and the person seeking redemption is a valid holder of the gift card.
The Castle and its facilities will remain closed as the Castle winds down its hotel and spa business. The Castle will provide all gift card holders up to 120 days, that is October 23th, 2020, to contact the Castle to have their gift card redeemed.
